I expect little to nothing will happen to this horrible woman because her commander, who should do something, likely agrees with her.

Not likely a dishonorable. There are avenues to delay by DDs and it takes considerably longer if they are resisted for behaviour that is not outright criminal. A General is easier but still tedious for the military. Unless she has been cited for some egregious on duty or on station conduct she would most likely get a quick Honorable “for the good of the Navy.” A lesser discharge is usually not worth the hassle.
Some of our best Conservatives are women but in the aggregate, women have different guiding stars from Men. Women as a group are much more attuned for security and support for themselves and their children than they are for liberty. Women want the government to make everyone "be nice." Women should be eligible for election to office but not to vote. Women should be admissible to the military but not in any combat capacity.
We are seeing women assume more and more legislative offices and the focus of the system becomes more and more on "making nice." It is natural and probably inevitable. Women are a majority of the electorate and vote for women just because they feel that women are naturally more suitable for protecting women and their children. At the top, the different natures will guarantee that those who actually run the system as it gets less and less free will be men with women as show. The USSR worked that way and China works that way- lots of female sub-bosses.

I cannot say about the consequences of such behavior in the USN, but in the Army the NCO would have (at a minimum) gotten a Field Grade Article 15, if not a Special Courts Martial AND/OR an ADMINISTRATIVE (General) Discharge “for the good of the service’, i.e., “- - - - for UNFITNESS to serve”. - Such a discharge would mean NO pension & a PERMANENT SEPARATION w/o GI benefits.

I dread the thought we'll ever go to war against a formidable foe. Our new military can't navigate their way through a Walmart checkout, much less, all out war with China, for example.
The Navy will make no move now due to politics but her performance reports will usher her out the door when her service commitment is up.
I know what you mean Brother. I was at many Army bases back in the 70’s, Ft.Dix,Ft.Ord,Ft. Benning, Ft. Bragg, White Sands etc. and I never saw a woman in uniform the entire time except for some nurses. I can’t see how woman make any unit stronger just looks like trouble to me.

I served 21 years in the military and can tell you this is against military regulation. In my opinion she should be reduced in rank and given an Other than Honorable discharge from the military.
