Your immune system is like a muscle, use it or lose it.
You might have been infected but like 88% of those they tested you are asymptomatic. Which means that your immune system whopped up on those sissy viruses so hard that you never even noticed enough to have mild symptoms.
Its a bad flu season.
Show me the flu season that killed over 144,000 Americans. Show me the flu that puts a healthy young person in the hospital for weeks, which happened to someone I know, and causes blood clotting.

You nailed it, this whole lock down has been an attempt to get Trump.
So all those other countries killed their own citizens and shut down their own economies just to get Trump?
If you don't fall into any of those groups you're more likely to die in an earthquake than because of the Wuhan Flu.
Having lived in California my whole life I've lived through a number of earthquakes. I suspect I'd survive the WuFlu too if I got it. But I have never heard of the earthquake that caused permanent lung damage or blood clots. That would definitely be a first.
That is not correct. At all. There is no mechanism by which macrophages, neutrophils, T-cells, or B-cells would become less effective from disuse.
"You might have been infected but like 88% of those they tested you are asymptomatic."
35% are asymptomatic. 45% have mild to moderate symptoms. 20% are hospitalized. 0.63% - 0.66% of those infected die.
Not buying that. Who told you this Dr. Fascist?
“If you ate dirt as a child you are immune, I think....”
That’s one way to build up your immune system.
I keep mine exercised with an occasional `cannibal sandwich’.
;^)
Various medical journals, hospitals, and studies conducted in western countries around the world.
Those are estimates, obviously. It could be closer to 40% asymptomatic and 40% with mild to moderate symptoms. But we do see a relatively consistent ~20% hospitalization. We’ve had a likely infection fatality rate (IFR) of 0.5% - 1% (originally Johns Hopkins) for a while (April/May). Recent studies have narrowed that range to between 0.63% and 0.66%. I haven’t seen any study come up with an IFR outside that range in over a month now.
Likewise, I turned 80 last OCT (been alive in 10 decades) a little overweight, haven’t had alcohol or tobacco in 30 years, NEVER drugs, the ONLY chance I may have ever had a flu shot was in the NAVY (we went to Japan etal in Aug 1956, in the middle of the Asian Flu ‘pandemic’)
I don’t and haven’t done Drs, had hernia op in 58, cataracts in 2007, last physical prior 2007 was Navy Discharge and we ALL know how they went..
How do you feel?
We have you set up for ..... & .... &.... etc
OR
Sign this form and we will have you out the gate before it gets filed. Being 25, a WestPac ‘warrior’ and bullet proof, I passed on the discharge stuff.
(Probably a mistake but it was a good idea at the time)
I figure I have lived through TB (Both parents were RNs and worked in TB Sanitariums in the 40s), Polio (like with parents), all sorts of Asian flu and whatever else they ‘dreamed’ up for us.
Pretty sure bet this will ALL end Nov 3 and if PDJT there, it will spark a whole new wave of crap.
WHEN will these cities wake up and I am kind of ‘nervous’ with a couple of PDJT statements, one on masks (BUT if ‘they’ think he is backing them they will be banned) and ‘I don’t care what the Military thinks’ inre Fort Bragg but ‘headline’ probably taken out of context BUT he usually doesn’t mince words..
Again, I wish he would learn 2 words ONE — OF to be inserted for our ‘we are the greatest at....’
Yes still work daily and according to the first reports of this beerflue crap should be dead???
Even if I believed that stat the ages of those "hospitalized" averages way north of 60 Y.O.
I wish that were true across the board. At my workplace, everyone did all the right things and a bunch of us still got sick. I had to cancel vacation to help cover for sickies in my department.
If you ate dirt as a child you are immune, I think.....
While we laugh at this I believe there is truth there. I grew up in the dirt couldnt stand to be inside. Hunting, fishing, or heck just heading out into the woods to play, or toting our sleeping bags to spend the night under the stars. Having a childhood which is far from sterile is a good thing, makes the immunity system strong like an ox.
I literally never get sick. And most of my upbringing was in dirt combined with gutting all kinds of animals and fish since I was old enough to do so. I contribute my immune system of today to my actions as a child.
Here’s the cleanest data presentation I could locate easily: https://gis.cdc.gov/grasp/COVIDNet/COVID19_5.html
I have heard that the homeless are free from the Chicom flu also.
And drinking from the garden hose.
Oh man, when you are a kid, the best water comes from the garden hose.
You immune system becomes weaker the more sterile your environment.
And 88% asymptomatic was the number they got in NYC when they were testing every pregnant female they could get their mitts on. It is a solid number.
I caught a fever around Easter. It went up to 101° and I was in bed for 48-72 hours. Odd timing for me since it was not during winter during the flu season. Good chance I had COVID-19 but there’s no way to know because I never got tested.
Up to 80% are immune.

It’s about installing a global government.
Strange then that some of the most affected countries, like Brazil and Russia, have pro-nationalist governments.
