This is 2nd shipment of rifle parts seized in a month, both from China. How many shipments are getting to their destination, and where are they going?
The shipment consisted of two pallets of Chinese-manufactured goods manifested as “Rifle Parts.” The shipment was flagged for lacking permits required by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. The ATF regulates and restricts firearms and ammunition. Firearm parts cannot be imported into the United States from certain countries and require ATF permits to be allowed entry.

To the folks that obama transferred all those firearms the irs and other alphabet agencies were issued, but never had real reasons to have in the first place.

I have no idea what’s covered under the ban but Based on the price per part it looks as if they intercepted about 2400 AR lower parts kits. I think it unlikely BLM and Antifa types are rolling their own. But who knows.

I’m certainly no expert on modern smuggling methods. But I would think that if you’re smuggling rifle parts, you shouldn’t label them “Rifle Parts”.
