Typical officer to whine that he lost his career. He is at 20 years and a LTC, then his career was going nowhere anyway. By 20 he should be looking for eagles or get passed over and canned.

Only in a liberal judge and run court. He has no guarantees to eagle wings or future service. He is subject to getting kicked out anytime he gets passed over for promotions, from Captain on up. A 20-year LTC should have been looking at full bird colonel wings by now or looking at getting bounced out for being passed over twice for promotion.

The last I knew, the promotion from Lt. Colonel to full Bird Colonel was the biggest step in the military. Only about 10% made it, and virtually none of those was a sniveling fool like Vindman. He had no chance.

No other avenue for Vindman. Who could ever trust him after his public attempt to sabotage the President. Democrats will support him as long as he is useful but no one is ever going to depend on him again. He chose his path and failed. He no longer has value to either side.
