18 U.S. Code § 2385-Advocating Overthrow of Government includes the following definition of what constitutes treason, sedition and subversive activities under the laws of the United States of America:
Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government
The penalties associated with the above as provided in 18 U.S. Code § 2385 are:
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.
I really wonder why we have laws in this country if they are never enforced. I was reading today all the Antifa terrorists who were arrested for rioting and looting and all of them, immediately released.

It’s best to give up any hope that Barr or anyone in the Executive/Federal level will do anything about enforcing law. It’s getting too late in the game to matter much anyway.
I agree, end the two Party rule, go back to strict Federalism/Constitutional rule/States rights/de-centralize Federal agencies/end courts created by Congress and liquidate Article III’s power of Judicial Review, litigation is comprised by a 2/3rds majority of the States for any Constitutional questions, keep the central bank in case of emergencies/wars, limit their power, find a commodity that isn’t easily manipulated to back up money supply and whatever... Current system is just chasing a grand illusion.
And she will be part of Biden’s cabinet if he wins..afraid yet..this should terrify all of us because this Jihadist piece of crap is DANGEROUS and she is 1 step away from being in the White House, running our Govt
