The mayor says she is done trying to negotiate with protesters after the girl's death
After a night of a dozen shootings, including one in which an 8-year-old girl was killed, Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms on Sunday said protesters could no longer occupy the Wendy’s where a police officer shot and killed Rayshard Brooks last month.
The girl, identified by police as Secoriea Turner, was killed not far from the scene where Brooks was shot on June 12, Atlanta’s Fox 5 reported, citing police.
Police said Turner was riding in a car with her mother and another adult when a group fired multiple times at the vehicle, hitting the girl.

She let them illegally occupy part of her city for two weeks.

Was one of her ancestors a surgeon? It seems a real carbuncle has developed in her city.
So it takes the senseless death of a little girl to get her to od what should have been done in the first place?
Maybe if she had done her job and let the police do theirs, that little girl would be alive today.
She should have done it earlier. They are letting those bastards get away with this crap she should be ashamed.

She’s a moron. You don’t negotiate with terrorists, and that’s what they are. They’re not protesters when they destroy property, assault innocent citizens and police officers. She put all law-abiding citizen’s lives in jeopardy because of her stupidity.

So as I read her stupid and divisive words seems like to me she wanted this to happen for “The Movement” But she got caught with her pants pulled down because a little 8 yr old non white girl was killed because of The Movement. Had this been a white child or any other white person she would have said nothing.

I hope the next person hurt is her sorry but I do. These leaders never get any repercussions for the crap the do and allow to happen.
It’s been weeks and now she reacts after a child is killed. She is reacting based on emotion and not the rule of law.
