Ok, if we're now using emergency powers to negate the constitution and separation of powers, there are lots of things the president can do improve our health and our economy.

For example:

He can declare a total tax holiday for the next six months (hmmm... make it retractive to the first of the year), including all federal, state and local income taxes, payroll taxes, real estate taxes, sales taxes, excise taxes, fuel taxes, telephone taxes, utility taxes, etc, etc, etc.

This will greatly improve our economy and the health of all citizens.

Immediately suspend all federal disbursements or subsidies to political groups, organizations, associations, etc, including Planned Parenthood, etc.

Declare abortion illegal (unhealthy for the baby).

Now that the president doesn't have to abide by the constitution or separation of powers and can even override state law (due to the national emergency) I'll bet there's a long list of things he could mandate to improve public health and our economy.
