True enough, although Walmart can set whatever rules -- no matter how inane and useless they may be (well, it
is Walmart) -- they want at their property.
Had this guy simply faked a sneeze or a cough at the snot-rag wearing "store cop", by the time the "store cop" cleaned out his panties and pulled up his skirt from abject fear of maybe/perhaps/possibly catching the flu the guy could have completed his purchase.
