There is a curious aspect of Floyd footage as to the positioning of the police car; some appear to show it closer to the corner, right outside of Cup Foods store, others (such as the “choking” videos) show it right near the bus stop. There is a sign that comes into play, sometimes shown as 25 MPH which some say isn’t used in that area where residential speed limit is 30 vs. 25.
