Q 4429 loaded only initially with qanon and qpub, not with qalerts.

The next three 4430, 4431, and 4432 loaded only with QAlerts, and just now loaded with qanon and qmap, they have loaded over 2 hrs ago (4430), 1-1/2 hr (4431, 1 hr (4432)

a) The National Guard is assuming a slightly different role to aid US Marshals. Remember there is something in Posse Comitatus that said the troops can’t be armed or something like that when they’re engaged in such operations.

or

b) Esper is deep state setting up National Guard + WH to get toasted? At what point does that go to far?

POTUS whereabouts being apparently unknown outside the bubble suggests things are happening.

That presidential amendment is applicable to the services. It did change some of the procedural things that my buddy the JAG opined just gave more power to the prosecution. The MCM (manual for Courts-Martial) would be the procedural guidelines for any trials by tribunal or commission. To fall under these proceedings there has to be Martial Law or proceeding under the Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC). Further civilians employed by the military can fall under its proceeding. The rules of evidence are similar to Federal Courts, where tribunals/commissions are broader. There are few punitive articles in the UCMJ that give 'better penalties' the regular federal law.

This post has no expansion of Art 2 which identifies those subject to the UCMJ or Art 3, concerning jurisdiction.
