Coincidentally, I’ve been reading volume two of Truman’s memoirs. There is no doubt he was a thoughtful patriot with values, but he did lean toward the left.

Pardon me for pointing out that at the time that COL Harry Truman was in office that RONALD REAGAN was a DEMOCRAT & a UNION LEADER, too.

In 2020, the DIMocRATS are so far to the HATEFUL, ARROGANT, RADICAL LEFT that they would NOT want Truman, JFK or RFK to be members of the DP, much less a nominee for any office.

NOTE: When President Truman left office, he & Bess tried W/O success to live solely on his Missouri National Guard pension. - When US Representative Sam Rayburn of Texas found out that the Trumans were unable to pay their utility bills & could NOT buy enough food to eat regular meals, he got Congress to vote the former POTUS a modest pension.
(No US President prior to Truman received a federal pension.)
