You have to ask? Really? Never mind.

As the riots have gone on for a week now I don’t think I’m the one late to the party.
Exactly.
If you’re not prepared by now you are way, way behind the curve.
I topped off ammo for children and grandchildren the weeks after Scalia died.
I didn’t get caught low on toilet paper, either.

Had two friends call to see if I had any 9mm ammo for sale....I do not own any 9mm chambered handguns...they said none was to be found, Sports Academy, all local shops and many internet suppliers are out of stock of 9mm. Of course I had to rub their noses in the fact every one I know stocked up by the case loads when Nobama was ruling. That is one thing I can “ appreciate” about that turd, his anti-gun agenda motivated hundreds of thousands concerned law abiding citizens to buy 7 billion rounds of ammo in less than two years. Of course the forward thinking bunch bought ammo by the case loads, not box loads....seems to have paid off for many, thank you Mr. Obama, job well done!
You quit carrying the .357, friend?
No such thing as being too rich.
NO such thing as having too many guns.
No such thing as having too much ammo.
Good rule. My last acquisition was a few years ago for an all stainless steel Sig P226 X-Five for $1,500. I already had 10,000 rounds on the shelf and reloaded a few more cases.
I dont own a gun or ammo. Maybe Ill swing by Dicks this weekend.
Duh.

Looks like a few more boxes of 1000 9mm here ... .32 cents a round by the time you’d get past taxes and shipping ... not seeing much online cheaper but didn’t look THAT hard.

Went over today, and checked a couple of stores. Some 9MM and .40 and.45 cal Long Colt.. not much more. No .223.
checked another store, noticed their gun racks empty as they probably locked them up. Some ammo, but no .223. (I have enough on hand)
Surprise surprise! In checking my shed I found several hundred rounds of 30-06. I thought I had shot all it up, and a 30 year old box (500rd) of .22 LR. I will add that to my fresher ammo.
I’m good.
You identify yourself when you make the online purchase and again when you go to your local FFL to pick up your purchase.
You fill out a form 4471, IIRC, and identify yourself to your FFL, in person, and he runs a NICS check on you the same as if you were buying a gun from his inventory.
Wandered by the ammo display at a Wal-Mart in South Texas. Two boxes of 12ga bird shot, and nothing else. I have never seen that before. I have seen the shelves bare, but there were always a few boxes of 32 acp or 40 S&W snake shot, or some other low volume seller.
