You quote John Adams; also, Thomas Jefferson wrote that one of the greatest dangers to the Republic could be a growing tyranny of the judges. We would appear to have reached that point. I hope we can learn to impeach some of these rogue justices rather than first resort to another revolution.

As for the churches, they have to be willing to go to jail rather than suffer being shut down on any pretext. As Bob Ireland said to the tyrant governors: Let there be political prisoners. Freedom is not free - it is earned.

Until we get to a 2/3 majority in the Senate, it’s a pointless gesture. The electorate is slightly majority Democrat. Why would we want to mount a Democratic GOTV effort for 2020 by going after Democratic federal judges, without actually being able to remove them?
