A Lake County Ohio Judge strikes down health orders that closed gyms and clubs

Finally an Ohio Court has struck down the unconstitutional actions of the pro-abortion Obama supporting Ohio Health Director who is unelected and was selected by the RINO Governor of Ohio Mike DeWine.

The judge called the order "Unreasonable and oppressive" and slammed Amy Acton for her over reach. He stated she only has the power to quarantine the sick and those potential exposed to the sick. It does not mean she can quarantine everyone.

Here comes the lawsuits as they should.

How do you like that dose of lawfare, lefties?

About damn time we started doing the same, and with more DJT appointees it will be more fun too.

I hope this clears the slate for other unreasonable actions by this unelected dictator and her RINO sponsor.

FINALLY....a judge that actually respects & follows that document called the Constitution.

I hope DeWine and Acton get their butts sued off and feel some financial harm for their unconstitutional actions.

This is something that has hacked my chain since all the shutdowns started.

In the United States of America you are...

INNOCENT until PROVEN GUILTY!

So for all you governors shutting everything down YOU SHOULD START BY SHUTTING YOUR FACE!!!

Well get this the Ohio Senate (dominated by Republicans) voted against the proposal that would have limited the health director that passed the Ohio House. Not one senator supported the measure, what a bunch a RINO never Trumpers!

Because they are cowards and are letting the health officals run the State. Abbott is doing the same. Governors take an oath to uphold the Constitution, not keep us ‘safe’ and ‘healthy’.

LA Fitness (BEAVERCREEK/Dayton) is reopening June 1 as noted on their website.

In the meantime, I really want Acton to be removed from her govt job for massive incompetence (at best) or, more likely, treason to destroy our economy.
