I wonder if that makes us more vulnerable to COVID-19.

Giving corticosteroids to any patient with ARDS can be a bad deal. Nothing to do with COVID-19 on that point. But this guy didn’t say he had ARDS.
If it were really Covid-19 that ought to be Chinese music.
Chris Cuomo said that he hallucinated, seeing his deceased father sitting on his bed and talking to him.
Kind of sounds like Chris Cuomo’s account though:

I don’t know. I was googling for an article that I saw before about Fredo and his hallucinations and that link came up. I’ve never been to that site before. I didn’t even notice. LOL.

It’s probably something to alert our doctors should we catch COVID. Be sure to keep that in mind.

It’s scary to think those visual and audio hallucinations are being caused by those little virions burrowing into your neuron cells. Ugh. Brain cells don’t grow back. Does that mean that the neurons destroyed by the virus die and are gone for good? Is that significant brain damage?

I wonder if the virus can trigger flashbacks to the LSD days...hope the hippies don’t hear about it - they’ll start having huge “Let’s Get It” parties...
IMO it attacks the brain and effectively hides there. This is why anti-virals can’t fully eradicate it and why a vaccine is likely to be ineffective for people who’ve already had it.
