Good question. Maybe these celebrities are catching it from their hired servants. Because even at a time of self-distancing, you can’t expect celebrities to cook, clean, shop, keep themselves physically fit without personal trainers, and do their own yard work. And they need someone to be available to film them as they wax eloquent from their bath tubs in their enlightening messages to the little people.

For sure. Tom Hanks bombed at the movies, saw his star fading and then claimed he had the C19 disease. Now it is Christopher Cross. Wow. I have not heard that name since, well, according to Wiki, 1980.
There are many types of corona viruses and all of them are equally brutal.
I don’t understand how a lot of well known people are coming out and videoing themselves standing up and talking about how horrible their symptoms are. I had type B flu two years ago (yes I had a flu shot) and I couldn’t stand or walk or barely talk. My husband had to literally pick me up and carry me to the car, then Pick me up and carry me to the doctor’s office. Recovery was tough.
I realize there are people, mostly older ( I am 69), that are suffering and dying with this virus. But there are also a lot of attention seeking tv/movie personalities grandstanding this thing that obviously do not have serious symptoms. Sickening.
I think some like Chris Fredo Juicy Smollet Coumo are lying and just want attention. They can’t help themselves.

Mostly hollywood types get this virus. I mean we hear about it all day and sit around and wait for one of those types to make a little song or special phone call for us little folks.
I keep saying that I’m NOT going to panic unless Keith Richards dies of this flu...or our local Kwik Trip gas stations close - which they NEVER do - tornadoes, blizzards, major holidays, locusts, etc. ;)
(They HAVE stopped all of the self-serve food & coffee that they usually sell, but I won’t eat from a Public Trough in the first place.)
