Think about it, if you have high blood pressure, you may well get heart attacks, strokes, or kidney failure - but until then, you’re perfectly normal (assuming not super high). As it is, I cut my meds 50% (mainly to conserve supply) and my bp is right on the edge of the (old) upper limits 140/90 (probably a tiny bit over). With that and my (still) relatively young age, I’m not going to drop dead from anything related to blood pressure, but I’m also not dosing-up myself more than needed, just to leave myself open to be attacked by the virus.

Aren’t those vegetable disinfecting regimens intended to eradicate bacterial pathogens i.e. E. Coli, listeria, samonella, etc. Have they been shown effective against lipid-enclosed viruses? (Based on the typical sodium hypochlorite concentration).

Yea, they’ve dropped the ‘official’ targets somewhat to ‘get people into the system’ (as opposed to being based on any science). Reminds me of airbags over just seat belts, yea, airbags ‘sound’ better...but have any studies been done to see if they really make economic sense, or even if they help at all?

Another possibility is that one or more of the supplements I’ve been taking lowered it (NAC, monolaurin, others).
An Italian doctor showed me the protective gear he was allowed to wear. According to WHO guidelines, the CDC is now even more ridiculous. That same day he just attended a meeting where they learned 12 % of the infected in Lombardy at that time were medical. According to WHO they just needed wrap around. Not air tight goggles. Since then we have learned of many medical deaths. Look at what the Chinese medicals are wearing. Sealed goggles. Gloves. N95 plus face shield. So N95 alone is not enough for medical. Face shield mandatory. Without a face shield they will get it in two weeks heavy exposure is my guess. N95 is for the public in this disease case. Medical and front liners need N98 or N99 or N95 plus face shield.
