My first thought was "Is this guy kidding?" Then I looked up his name and found out he sold his freedom out to China and he now plays for the Beijing Ducks so could the possibly exist they forced him to say this? His family is from Taiwan BTW.

I prefer the name “Wuhan Virus”.
The Chinese, themselves, are going to call it that, themselves. It may begin to look contained in Wuhan, soon, but I expect it to reemerge in waves throughout China. They’ll name it for where it came from, as most people would.
Outside of China, and in the general, I think “Chinese Virus” is sufficient.
Trump may be even ahead of the game, since months from now, or less, this won’t be contained to Wuhan at all, inside China.
