That is a very angry-sounding Joe Biden. I’ve noticed that in most of his speeches. Even when he says “Be safe. Wear the mask.” It sounded like Darth Vader. And in this one where he says “And He has brought me this far...” sounded like he was referring to Satan.
Boy is he really going to sound pissed after the election results!
