I live on Whidbey Island north of Seattle. It was a damp day but not alarming.

Climate change alarmists have been telling us rain, snow and cold would be as rare as a hen’s tooth by now. Oh well.

"Record darkness???"

They do not have a calendar to know it is the shortest day of the year, followed by the longest night.

*It was scheduled.

It will at least wash the street poop into the storm drains. Bet they are the envy of San Francisco!

With enough rain the sidewalks will be clean for a short time. But the beaches will be contaminated with fecal born pathogens for months to come.

Tonight is the longest night of the year and the beginning of the winter solstice.

Its like liberals don’t know seasons exist! What we have here are season change deniers.

Lots of minor flooding - enough for the idiots to get stuck. My daughter got sent home early from work when the parking lot got more than a foot deep - got to just over two feet before receding.
