Get on the keto diet and cbd oil and youll live long enough to see the planet destroyed by cow farts.
Oh thanks for letting me know he is on Facebook. Following!!!! Relatives. I know what you mean. Oh yes I do!!
Keto curing ant type of kidney disease is a miracle. So wonderful to hear this.
Not surprising, carbs and sugars can be fuel for bacteria. Plus processed sugars and carbs rob the body of minerals that cannotherwise help the body.
Sugar suppresses the immune system as well.
YOU CANNOT FEED A CARB DIET TO CATTLE FOR PUTTING ON WEIGHT FAST, AND TELL PEOPLE TO EAT THE SAME CARB DIET AND THAT IT WILL KEEP THEM LEAN.
Oh, gawd...more keto crap.
Next somebody’ll be touting keto as “restoring the lead in your pencil”...
I used to be as you describe - trouble is once you near 70, the effort to “get it back’ just tires you out...not to say I’m a basket case these days but some resiliency never comes back...
Nature wants you to be fat, happy and servile. Like a cow eating grass all day.
Our being in this dimension is necessarily a contradiction. We could have remained fat and happy... we came here for other purpose.
Action and interaction of the flesh,
We love it,
No...that would be pomegranate juice.
My brother looks at a doughnut and gains another pound. If one saw us together, one would think we were a different species. I eat everything, then kill off a box of doughnuts and down a quart of heavy cream and caramel sauce... cant gain an ounce.
It has to be genetic variation.
Now I am hungry again... and I got asparagus and bean dip... and white onions with calf liver.
Another fad like keto.
Aside from eliminating causes of inflammation - which keto does NOT do - the lead in the pencil problem is helped by nitrates.
There is a long list of foods higher in nitrates than pomegranate, including garlic.

The cholesterol ratio is more important than the number. Homocysteine is more important than that.
