Agree 100%. Sending at best a coup enabler and at worst an active coup participant in Sessions back to the Senate is insane. It is exactly the wrong message to send to McConnell and Romney. They will take this a green light that GOP voters will not hold the GOP accountable for enabling the coup and obstructing MAGA. They will rightly think they own the GOP base. GOP voters will be little more than slaves on the GOP plantation and GOP obstruction of POTUS will be 100x worse in his second term. Guaranteed.
I don’t think he did, but we’d have to get in big argument about whether a certain letter of the alphabet is real. Don’t want to get banned so won’t say more.
The rules that Sessions used to recuse himself just didn’t appear when
Sessions was hired as AG. Those rules could have been looked at long
below his appointment. And thus Trump could have appointed someone else.

Agree. Sessions enabled the coup by taking the partisan “advice” of Democrats in the DOJ ethics and needlessly recusing himself.
POTUS floated the idea of firing him and asked for his resignation the day after the midterms. Those facts speak for themselves.

I haven’t decided who to cast my primary ballot for yet, but it WON’T be for Sessions or Moore.
Tuberville is a fine candidate and did not support the coup. He’d have exactly the same number of votes as Sessions would the Senate. One. Should be an easy choice here. Of course McConnell will probably promise to restore Session’s seniority as the GOP establishment attempts to ram him back into the Senate. That should be a huge red flag right there.
Sessions is setting up to lose the Senate seat to a Democrat.
Sessions is a Trump traitor.
