Thuperman or Mr. Faaaaaabulous.
heh heh heh heh heh... right?
It’s worse than that. Lois Lane chief investigative reporter for the Daily Planet for some reason could not figure out Supermans real identity thanks to his incredible disguise of wearing glasses! A trend setter for today’s journalists.
In 1987, issue 2 of the then new Superman reboot, Lex Luthor’s computer revealed to him Superman was Clark Kent but Lex was so ego driven he couldn’t imagine anyone with Superman’s capabilities would exist as someone normal like Clark Kent. Lex rejected the results.
Whats a phone booth? (I know! I know! I even remember those tall black phones that had the ear phone on a cord that hung on the side of the 2-party phones! ) giving my age away!

Just a bit of trivia - “El” is a term used for God in Hebrew. This “god-like” figure was Kal El. “Kal” can be interpreted as “voice” or more interestingly, “Word”.
This supernatural figure, was basically a “god” who came to Earth. Obviously, you can see where this is going...
So - the creators of Superman create a god on Earth who is named “Word of God”. Christians believe that Jesus is God who came to Earth (Immanuel = “God with us”). The Gospel of John begins by calling Jesus “The Word” John 1:14 says, “And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us...”
Now the kicker - the creators of Superman, Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, were..... Jewish!
The guys who created “Superman” obviously had a thing about the letter “L”.
Lois Lane, Lana Lang, Lex Luthor, Lionel Luthor, and probably others.
Yeah. I remember the comic books playing along with that, too. Somehow, in one, Superman was fighting the Nazis, and someone shot a swastika carving over a doorway so the bottom half would drop off and hit the bad guys. The bottom half of a swastika is two “L’s”...
