Thanks for the link!
Yep.. 30 some years ago I was looking over a chart of the nutritional values of a variety of foods.. Eggs had them all beat! I get organic, too.

Why not just Table Sugar or Honey or High Fructose Corn Syrup?

Don't know, but I aim to find out.

They're going to be fried in bacon grease, or boiled and then mushed chilled, with hot butter poured over them anyways. ;-)

An element in my diet is a potato, with skin on, boiled until it's nearly soft. Then, I cut it into pieces and saute it in olive oil. Sometimes, I add a small can of pre-cooked chicken.

It's a filling meal with terrific nutritional value and taste, and costs about $1.25

“He’s got more hair on his back and shoulders, than I have left on my head! Damn.”

Someone hose that dude down with a few gallons of Nair, ASAP. ;-)

I know a guy who served in a Russian military in earlier 1990s and their garrison on a Pacific Island had almost nothing but sea kale and vitamin tabs for a full year. One egg and an extra can of sardines for Christmas.

Laugh, but I do eat a lot of fries, smaller portions though; they fill me up. Yukon Golds are Alaska through and through. They store well, taste even better, and I’m just a moose, potatoes , and gravy guy; or maybe it’s the Irish in me.

I was sick from it also at first; but my body got use to it and it doesn’t even bother me now. In fact, after several months I wish I could increase my dose past the 5 mg; so it made me sick again, loss of appetite, success.
