So? Isn’t the truth that when those students leave the EXPENSE of teaching those students ends? We are always told that small classroom sizes are essential to good education.

Instead of looking at the schools as the problem the parents
who want well educated children are viewed as the problem.
Up is down and black is white.
If this is a typical example of their thinking I can see
why the parents there chose to home school their children.
