Two of the five men convicted in the savage Bronx slaughter of Lesandro “Junior” Guzman-Feliz showed no remorse during their sentencing Friday as they smirked for the camera and threw up Trinitarios gang signs.
Jonaiki Martinez Estrella, 25, and Jose Muniz, 23, were pictured flashing the violent street gang’s signs for a Post photographer before Judge Robert Neary slammed them with hefty jail terms.
The gesture which Estrella and Muniz made with their thumb, index finger, and middle finger extended, is the “seven points” sign of the ruthless Dominican gang, a police source told The Post.
“I cant believe these guys are that brazen,” another law enforcement source said. “They will have a lot of time to practice their signs in jail.”
Gang expert and retired NYPD sergeant Lou Savelli, who created the department’s gang unit, said the hand gesture is a national symbol for the Trinitarios, which originated in Washington Heights and has expanded as far west as Iowa.
“Throwing it up was basically shoving it up the a– of the system that the Trinitarios will be who they are forever and you can put us in prison and we don’t respect your system,” Savelli said. “They were arrogant from the very beginning.”
“That’s what they were doing the whole trial, showing they’re not afraid of the system and it’s more important for them to be gang members than someone’s life,” said Savelli.
Estrella, who prosecutors said delivered the fatal knife blow in the neck to the 15-year-old victim, was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the caught-on-camera June 20, 2018 machete and knife killing of Guzman-Feliz.
Muniz was hit with a sentence of 25 years to life in prison.

If I was just sentenced to life in prison at that young age I would be a shaking mess but that is me.
These young gangbangers have zero empathy or guilt.

I ride with the police several times a month in a major American city. I ride in the worse sector in town. a lot of gang activity. not all, but many of these guys are sociopathic savages... the rest of what I think I won’t put in writing.
They cannot make gang signs if you cut off their hands. Maybe they can use their toes.

This needs to be a campaign issue. Execution within 30 days after conviction for heinous murders, as determined by each governor: 10th Amendment and appeals to SCOTUS only for constitutional issues.

With ordinary folks, no. But these people would be making their signs as they walked up the stairs because they think it would impress people. Even in a prison setting they would. But it would not matter twenty minutes later.
I would not mind it if they made their signs on the gallows in front of a crowd of onlookers. I would not even require a hood. Nor a curtain under the gallows. Let the crowd see their pride in being gang members and their fearlessness! And then let the crowd watch the crows pick out the eyes of their hanging corpses. Take 'em down after about 24 hours. Let the crowd see that. Some valuable lessons might sink in.
As long as it wasn’t an OK sign, the MSM and lefties won’t care.

I favor the short drop/slow strangulation form of hanging. Just enough drop to tighten that noose real good but not enough to break the neck.
Watch’em dance out their last moments of life.
Face turns purple, eyes bug out, tongue sticks out, body jerks and spasms as it fights for breath.
Anyone convicted of multiple murders gets special treatment.
A hanging for each victim.
The short drop and rope tightening, eyes bugging, body jerking but lower them and remove the rope BEFORE strangulation. Take to the infirmary to recuperate for a day or two and repeat hanging process.
Bet they won’t be flashing gang signs after that first hanging.
So, how many years really?
And,
Don’t they’d be looking so cute if they were (as they should be) facing the rope tomorrow.
