I feel for her because she is one who cares about her son. There are so many parents who don’t care about their kids. A two parent family has a hard time keeping their kids out of trouble. A single mother has to fight for her child all by herself. The streets are a prison or death sentence for these kids. They don’t see it until it’s too late. This is not uncommon, it happens far too often where single mothers make up 90% of families.
The proven way to prevent loitering is to play music that the loiterers can't stand. If you play hip-hop, you will have "gangstas" hanging around. If you switch to C&W or even classical music, watch them disappear! It's not complicated.
