So Steele and the DNC were the cover - arms length removed - for what was literally NOT initially Billary, Inc. and the DNC but the Obama administration itself, with Brennen in the lead.
All Steele had to do was wrap it all up in a “dossier” and be the CIA’s de facto messenger back to the operatives in the FBI/DOJ.
Maybe Steele will eventually throw Brennen under the bus.

I’ve always wondered why the golden shower story was so disjointed in that the golden shower is really way more graphic. My best guess is that the DC turds lawyered it so that there wouldn’t have to be an actual participant for the shower to be called to testify.
