Why Russia And Saudi Arabia Secretly Want The Democrats To Beat Trump
Forbes ^ | Sep 10, 2019 | Ellen Wald

Posted on 09/16/2019 10:23:19 AM PDT by CondoleezzaProtege

Trump has been very bad for Russian and Saudi business. By implementing policies that helped expand American oil and natural gas production, Trump has indirectly attacked their economies. Under Trump, US oil production has exploded to unprecedented levels. It is now above 12 million barrels per day, which is the most in the world.

More importantly, almost every prominent Democrat has promised—indirectly, of course—to be very good for Russian and Saudi business by enacting policies and implementing executive actions that will drastically raise the value of their industries. For Russia and Saudi Arabia, the CNN climate town hall last week included one piece of candy after another. If the Russians and the Saudis were listening—and we can be sure they were—they must have loved what they heard.

Senator Kamala Harris said, “there’s no question. I’m in favor of banning fracking.” Senator Bernie Sanders agreed, saying, “any proposal to avert the climate crisis must include a full fracking ban on public and private lands.” Sanders went on to say, “when we are in the White House, we will end the era of fossil fuels, and that includes fracking.” Senator Elizabeth Warren also supports banning all fracking.

Self-righteous Tulsi Gabbard should take note.

Both countries have economies that rely on the production and sale of oil and natural gas. In Russia, the oil and gas sector contributes almost 40% of national revenue and more than half of the exports. In Saudi Arabia, the oil and gas sector contributes about half of the country’s GDP and 70% of its exports. The national oil company, Saudi Aramco, also contributes around 60% of the government revenue, and the government employs almost 70% of all working Saudis.

Is there one regime or government in the world that does NOT want Trump defeated in 2020? Maybe Israel?

That’s about it, the rest of the world would be just as happy as Democrats and Bush League Republicans to be rid of President Trump.

‘Weak’ is the word to use. I have to go and say that their message and theme is weakest that it’s been in forty years, and it’s plainly obvious. Rural democrats are shaking their heads because they just can’t find anyone or any message to buy into....Trump still wins their votes.

If the US keeps producing there’s more mideast/Russian oil available for Europe/Asia. We don’t need our ‘allies’ so Our competitors can have their way with them.

WHEN IT COMES TO OIL,
Ellen Wald likes to play on both sides of the street:

China would be unwise to try and wait out Trump

"There is another reason that China should fear a Democrat presidency: It is typically the world’s largest importer of oil. It produces almost none itself and imports millions of barrels per day, mostly from Saudi Arabia and Russia. Thus, it is highly dependent on a low oil price to keep its economy healthy. However, the Democratic candidates are proposing policies and actions that would drastically raise the price of oil."

I suspect MOST foreign governments would much rather deal with Joe Biden than Donald Trump.

Biden is a broken-down old jackass who has had a decades-long career as a corrupt U.S. politician who is willing to sell us out to anyone and everyone.

To foreign leaders, Joe Biden is exactly what they were hoping to get with Hillary Clinton.

OPEC Has Already Turned to the Euro
GoldMoney Alert
February 18, 2004

...The source for the euro exchange rate is the Federal Reserve, and I have calculated the euro's average exchange rate to the dollar for each year based on daily data.
US Imports of Crude oil
(1)
(2)
(3)
(4)
(5)
(6)
Year
Quantity (thousands of barrels)
Value (thousands of US dollars)
Unit price (US dollars)
Average daily US$ per € exchange rate
Unit price (euros)

2001

3,471,066
74,292,894
21.40
0.8952
23.91
2002
3,418,021
77,283,329
22.61
0.9454
23.92
2003
3,673,596
99,094,675
26.97
1.1321
23.82
We can see from column (4) in the above table that in 2001, each barrel of imported crude oil cost $21.40 on average for that year. But by 2003 the average price of a barrel of crude oil had risen 26.0% to $26.97 per barrel. However, the important point is shown in column (6). Note that the price of crude oil in terms of euros is essentially unchanged throughout this 3-year period.

As the dollar has fallen, the dollar price of crude oil has risen. But the euro price of crude oil remains essentially unchanged throughout this 3-year period. It does not seem logical that this result is pure coincidence. It is more likely the result of purposeful design, namely, that OPEC is mindful of the dollar's decline and increases the dollar price of its crude oil by an amount that offsets the loss in purchasing power OPEC's members would otherwise incur. In short, OPEC is protecting its purchasing power as the dollar declines.
Russia sells the EU 45 percent of its oil and a big chunk of its natural gas.

Now, Now! Be quiet, don’t let the rest of the world know what President Trump is doing to the oil markets, world trade and old allies, who hate us.

The next step Trump will take is to open ANWR to drilling.
This could really help the Pacific coast US refineries.

"Is there one regime or government in the world that does
NOT want Trump defeated in 2020? Maybe Israel?"

I can't think of any. The nations of world have the notion
in their minds that the purpose of America is to
pay their bills, feed them, support their economies, defend
them, allow their poor, excess population to
immigrate to America, and in general America is to
allow itself to exploited, used and looted to the
benefit of the world at the expense of the American people.

The American People has had enough of Globalism and
and by electing Donald Trump has said a defiant NO! to
the lazy socialist parasites of the world. It's time
to force these incompetent nations to either sink or swim
on their own!

And frankly I don't care if they have to starve
for the message to sink in to their pea brained heads.

Fracking really gets the libs all twisted up, doesn’t it? Old jug-ears was so smug when he claimed we can’t drill our way out of higher oil prices. (Paraphrasing) Fracking is a great example of the free market doing what it does best.
