Based on how many calories per day diet?

It’s only a cheat in what I had planned.

I actually gave this a lot of thought based on Dr. Jordan Peterson’s experiences in Canada. His family has a lot of auto-immune issues.

I knew I had to try it when the wife was away as she is super conservative diet wise. Being Japanese she wants her rice :)

I think the added gatorade offsets the Potassium issue.

If I decide to do this longer term I’ll definitely include a multi-vitamin, but for right now it’s just an 3-4 week experiment.

I’ve often wondered if the reason for the Jewish omission of Pork isn’t related to how close the DNA is to human DNA.

We know that heart transplants from pork have happened without rejection.

We also know of degenerative issues associated with consuming human meat.

It’s possible God told the Hebrews not to consume pork due to degenerative issues associated with consuming pork.

All that being said....give me my bacon!

We cook our meat so therefore we weren’t carnivores.

You made that up

Cooking meat does not change the nutrient value, it just makes it safer and tastier.

Sushi?

My grandson is in the lower class for height and weight in his class. My daughter has good intentions, but salad for dinner and not milk for cereal is not for kids.

Meat is easily digested - vegetable matter ferments....
