I think it’s likely that everyone in the area is a Democrat.
Last time I was in NYC - which admittedly was probably back in 2003 or 2004 - it was fairly common for people to stop in one of the traffic lanes briefly. If there’s curbside parking, it is generally going to be full. So if you wanted a paper from a news stand, in/out of a taxi, etc. people would just stop. Other drivers would just squeeze by. Say what you will about NY drivers, to me they are champs at close-in precision driving, routinely passing through gaps with just a few inches of clearance.
Oh yes they were. They tried to engage in free enterprise to undermine the administrative deep state and their comrades in arms the socialist all in one blow all while threatening their own future dependency on the state.
Before all the looking at everything through racist lens that the liberals do now, I would have never thought what you posted. But I did. They are dividing us racially.

I can not resist stopping at a kids lemonade stand, as long as it is the kids selling. If it looks like the Mom is going to take over the sale, I move on. I buy whatever they are offering then pour it out the window once I have turned the corner. ;o)
They were engaged in free enterprise, therefore, they are junior kulaks. Send them to the camps! Their parents as well for corrupting them with such petit bourgeois values! 10 ruble notes for all of them.
Many years ago (summer 1984) I was a roofer.
At the end of one long, hot, Louisiana August day on the roof, the crew descended the ladders to head home. Just so happens the kids who lived in the house we were roofing set up a lemonade stand in the front yard.
The grimy, exhausted crew swarmed the stand, buying every cup. The kids had to rush inside and make several more batches.
Those kids were printing money that day.
I remember buying several cups myself. Nothing ever tasted better than that cold lemonade on that sweltering day.
Kids should make a donation to local PBA.

A major problem for law enforcement is gaining the trust of minority communities.
Hopefully,al involved will remember this.
