Being invited to meet someone and her friends in a bar after a golf event is not an invitation to be raped in my book. You must live by a different set of rules. Seeing any woman being chased down and drug back into a room obviously against her will is proof enough she was not a willing participant. I have gone to a woman colleague’s room to talk after a sales meeting and never once did it cross my mind that she wanted me to have sex with her willing or unwilling because of the invitation. What a strange and mysognistic place Freeper has become lately.

Gosh. I wonder if a naked white athlete dragging a naked black girl back into the room (twice) would have gotten the same judgment? Or if the media would have covered it in the same way?

Just a hint, gentlemen (not you, redangus,): If the woman you're with would rather run outside practically naked, and be humiliated, instead of having sex with you, that's a "no." If she she's yelling "help" to a bystander, that's a "no." If you have to drag her twice back to the room, it's a "no."

[That said, if you drag someone back into a hotel room, once let alone twice, while they are trying to run away from you and crying out for help, you are guilty of assault and should be convicted. ]
