Rep. Pete King (N.Y.) is the first House Republican to back a bill in the chamber seeking to ban assault weapons.

"They are weapons of mass slaughter," King told the New York Daily News on Monday shortly after his support for the Assault Weapons Ban of 2019 as a co-sponsor became public on Congress's website.

“I don’t see any need for them in everyday society,” he added.

I don’t care what you don’t see, Pete.

I’m not going to listen to you or anyone else on the subject.

You serve us.

A “republican” from NY. Considering what a totalitarian sh!thole NY is, there isn’t any surprise here. NY doesn’t have some of the most odious lying liberal socialist totalitarian a$$holes in Kongress by accident. They represent the values of the majority of the electorate in that state. New Yorkers want to live in chains, and they want the rest of us to live in chains too.

Always gets back to the original premise of the 2nd Amendment. An armed citizenry is the best check on tyranny and the infringement of human rights. Take away guns from decent, rational people and you risk taking away their freedom.

Semiautomatic weapons are a right, whether or not they are a need. In addition, the efforts by wannabe tyrants to ban them are proof that semiautomatics are a need.

If, indeed, they are weapons of mass slaughter, then the police shouldn’t have any need for them whatsoever. So let’s ban them from police first as a test case, and proceed from there.

“I don’t see any need for them in everyday society,”

Well, you could say the same thing for cars and the Kennedy family.

Just wait until these congress rats come up with a definition of the “assault rifle”. As far as I know. One pull on the trigger, one shot. Only military issued guns are multi fire.

The rat traitors are slowly attempting to destroy the Constitution. They need to be replaced.

King needs to borrow Harry Reid’s exercise equipment.
He really sucks eggs.

I don’t care what they say, I don’t care what they do.

I’m not going to obey them at all.

They can all get bent.

Try taking the sub machine guns as well as the pistols from his security army and see what he says. Someone should ask the son of a bitch , “How about disarming your personal security army?

Tell him that Chris. There is a good chance that he will die from laughter. Only when they get their ass caught in a crack or they are about to screw you do they say, “I work for the people”. The rest of the time they say,F&&& the people.

And we can all say F*** them too.

A person only has as much power over me as I give them, and I give Pete King no power over me whatsoever.

You ain’t the boss of me, Pete.

My rights come from God, and you are nothing more than a public servant.
