A New York airport security worker is without a job because of a two-word message she wrote on a piece of paper.
In the security video of the incident Neal Strassner requested himself, as he passes through a metal detector, the TSA agent hands him a note.
Not thinking much of it, Strassner continues to go about boarding his flight when the agent calls back to him to open it.
Strassner says the note read, "You ugly."
"You never really know where somebody is in their day or their head. The more you think about it the more you realize it's easier to smile than to do this," Strassner says.
Strassner says at the end of the footage, the agent is seen pulling out a pen and a piece of paper, so he does not think he was the only one to get a note.
The TSA released a statement saying they investigated the matter after receiving the complaint and fired the employee days later.
There was a recent report by the Department of Homeland Security inspector general's office that said TSA needed to do a better job assessing and screening applicants for "compatibility" with the agency. Obviously, they didn't do that for this gal. ;-)
The TSA handed the let go agent a two word note: You Fired.
I have a ton of creepy TSA agent stories. You can make fun of “the People of Walmart” but they are all still more intelligent compared to the gutter trash that wears a TSA uniform.
This goes beyond your run of the mill rude, stupid behavior. Beyond your basic racist behavior from an uneducated woman who likes to mistreat white guys. This was so off the wall hostile and inappropriate, I tend to think she was on some kind of drug. Confiscated marijuana in some back room?
It was as though she had forgotten she was at work in uniform and on camera. She insisted on provoking his reaction, so that she could have a good, loud belly laugh. Can you imaging if she gave one of those nasty notes to one of these kooks who get physically violent over nothing?

Surprised TSA didn’t just make her go to the blackboard and write, “He not ugly”, 100 times.

She’s a perfect fit as one of those Black Friday shoppers on a rampage run at a Walmart. They need to fire those who hired her too.

I am glad the writer of the note didn’t use the past tense, as in “you WAS ugly!”
The grammar here indicates the level of non-education of your typical TSA , nay government, employee.
And these same TSA creeps want to carry sidearms. Good grief.

She did not work for the TSA; rather, she worked for a private security firm that has a contract with the TSA for security at the airport in Rochester, NY.
Butt...was the guy ugly?
Nobody axed her for her opinion.
You know why she worked for TSA? Because she didn’t qualify for a job in fast food.
The private security firms contracted to work for TSA are supposed to meet the same hiring standards as TSA maintains it adheres to for their own workforce. Judging by this screener’s behavior, that seems about right. ;-)
