Another “genius” officer. They are becoming far too common. They really should consider removing the IQ limit cap for eligibility.

From the moment he was pulled over earlier this summer, Werts insisted that the powdery looking object on the hood of his car was drugs, That doesn't say what the writer wanted it to say, I'm guessing.

So, if I want to frame someone, all I have do is put some Cocaine on the hood of their Car?
Not INSIDE their Car, on the hood.
Got it.

And the police keep on making themselves look like idiots.

How embarrassing for the arresting officer. I hope the Quarterback had a good laugh at the end I sure wouldn't be laughing if some cop tried to jail me for bird poop on the hood of my car.

This is the same kind of “science” used in the “global warming” hoax.

So you would just ignore the advice from the Sheriff and other law enforcement officials here in the Houston area that tells you, especially if you’re a woman, but anyone really, to either keep driving until you’re in a lighted public area, OR call 911 to be sure it’s a real officer.
We’re told the officer will understand.

Moron officer has poo on his face.
How can any officer prove that whatever might be on the outside of someone’s car was put there by the owner?

Our neighbors have a big tree in tehir yard, right near our driveway. Our car gets assaulted by bird droppings all the time.

[[I wish the police would do better.]]
They DO 99.999% of the time- and they do so under heinously dangerous situations too- many times-

The guy was ticketed driving 80 MPH!
One would think any cocaine powder would have blown off the hood of the car.
I also find it hard to believe bird poop can test positive for cocaine unless the bird was a crack head and digested crack rocks at some point.......

Wonder if the cop took a sample and rubbed it on his gums, ya know, like in the movies.

The Saluda County Sheriffs officer was incredulous. It looks nothing like bird poop, man, he said. We know what bird poop looks like. You know what bird poops looks like and you say this isn't? Then why don't you take the "cocaine taste test".

field-testing drug kits, which cost about $2 a piece, are wildly inaccurate. False positives can result from officer errors, the weather or poor lighting, and are so common that as many as one in three tests might come back wrongIt's unconscionable that these tests are still in use.
