Today is U.S. Women’s National Team (USWNT) player Alex Morgan’s birthday, but the celebration she’ll remember most about this particular birthday has nothing to do with her age.
The USWNT was in a tense and hard-fought contest with England on Tuesday afternoon at the Women’s World Cup semi final in France. When all of a sudden, Morgan broke through the English defense and used a brilliant header to put the ball into the back of the net.
The goal would have been good enough, but the trolling of England with the tea sip celebration complete with upturned pinky, took things to another level.

When the U.S scored their first goal then the player did nothing. When the Brit scored their goal she did something with her hands, imitating eye glasses or something. This may have been payback for that.

US national team uniforms should NEVER have red as the predominate color. Blue or white with red trim only!

They’re winners for America and every American should be rooting for the American teams, we don’t root for individuals real Americans root for Team America always. And I am happy they won, and without scumbag Rapino thank God, and I am ecstatic simply out of spite because so many members of this site root against America due to the actions of a couple of foul mouthed progressives on the team. Yes GO USA win this thing.
This was after the second U.S. goal. When the Brits scored their goal and tied the score their player made some sort of gesture with her hands around her eyes, like imitating eyeglasses or binoculars or something. So just think of the tea sipping gesture as counter-punching. The Brits attacked us so we attacked them.
Strange how you don’t instinctively get why these girls aren’t real popular around here.
