This is so monumentally stupid I can’t event form a response.
Explanation of the graphic:
On the left side, men would be willing to go with women at their level of desirability, or at most two levels lower.
On the right side, women desire top-level men. Average to low level women want high-level men, and would rather be single than “settle” for men from their own level.
The left side is about who men would be interested in. The right side is about what women are interested in. See my prior posting.

You are correct, as a monk, he accepted celibacy voluntarily. I need to further understand the exact meaning of yet another post-modern 21st century term: “incel”
They aren’t saying it is a threat to national stability. They are saying guys like that are higher risk to do something REALLY stupid - and bad. Such as shooting things up or trying to take revenge on women.
Don’t know if that is true, but it isn’t entirely implausible.
A number of shootings and mass casualty events have been linked to the incel movement in recent years — including the 2014 Isla Vista massacre in California, last year’s Toronto van attack and this month’s Dallas shooting.
What about the number of shootings by “transgender” people? Those are on the increase as well.
And, “incels” have a much lower rate of shootings than residents of Chicago. Maybe we should quarantine that entire city?
Probably the idea of a female Air Force General.
If I remember correctly, some Army female officer had her male troops wearing fake pregnancy suits and high heels so the male soldiers would better understand female problems.
That was clearly deliberate sexual harassment and intended to belittle the male troops. Seen as “pay back” by the female officer against males who could not refuse to obey her military authority.
She should have been discharged for such abuse of authority, but she was probably promoted.
I figured out the graphic. My point is everybody would like to date and marry a “10” but that just isn’t realistic. Men fall in love with somebody about the same looks, intelligence, fitness level, etc as them. They may shoot for “10”s, but soon get realistic.
Women do the same. I doubt there’s a big shift where every average or below average looking woman is holding out for Mr. 10 and not dating men with the same looks as her.
At least that’s the way the world worked when I was younger. But I honestly couldn’t see that changing.

Yeah. I can see this being a problem in the Air Force.
The problem for women is that women look for "Mr Right", while a lot of men will settle for "Miss Good Enough For Tonight".
A male "10" will date a female "7", if he doesn't have any better prospects at the moment. He's unlikely to MARRY a 7. He might not even seek to marry a 10, if he sees himself as being able to get a steady stream of 7's who will be eager to please him, in hopes of being selected.
Meanwhile a woman who is a 5, but thinks she deserves a 9, may find herself being passed around by 8's and 9's until she's in her 30's, and then be bitter and disappointed at not getting what she wanted. I knew women like that, who never married.

We used to have social structures which provided guidance on how to find a long-term or permanent mate. Many of the young are left without that guidance and are going from the stereotyped gamer-in-the-basement to suddenly having to make up their own processes on the fly. Some of these will be very successful, but most will not.
In times when there was much more pressure to marry before having sex, a "10" guy would not bother with a "7" girl, and the "7" girl (not getting false signals) would be more likely to accept a "7" guy.
