What kind of investment “marketwatch” discusses thoughts and prayer posts?
People who posted Love and Hillary together were likely to be nuts.
Yeah but Facebook isn’t interested in destroying those people’s lives.
“People who post God and pray on Facebook are more likely to develop these...conditions....”
...de-platformed.
Ok. So if you are a young black woman who goes to church, you are more likely to be obese and a type 2 diabetic. LOL. I suppose it’s important research for Socialized Medicine. Christians should not be allowed medical care because they are more likely to be obese diabetics.
What? I’d say that algorithm is ‘broken’, and needs replacing.
What about people who “just say no” to Facebook.
I would sooner pass through a needle’s eye than to have a social media account. My life isn’t that interesting ... even to me.
Social media has killed privacy ... as if I need to tell FReepers that. It’s a good idea to keep a low profile online.
Posting here on Free Republic is about the only time I stick my head up from my cyber-foxhole.
Using God and pray does not make one a Christian, but the author of the study wants you to think that.
Eff facebook.
What the heck is face book?
Here's the author of this stupid article
James Wellemeyer
Being overweight is a persistent problem for them.
Some said that they thought a lot of it was due to being offered cake and coffee when visiting members of their congregation and feeling that turning down such offers would have appeared rude.
That is plausible.
One also wonders if perhaps it is due to the types of personalities that are attracted to the ministry (i.e. extroverted, people-oriented, socially-active) and the type of work (long hours that left little time for exercise).
The author is a 19 year old student.....Wellemeyer has been living in Washington, D.C., this past year, interning for publications including The Hill and the Washington Blade. He plans to enroll at Columbia University next year and pursue studies in journalism.
The authors a kid.....
Has he started transitioning to shave yet?
Type 2 diabetes is an epidemic in America these days and has huge implications for the economy. What is interesting is that it is a disease for which solutions (diet and exercise) are readily and easily available yet those who have it prefer to treat it rather than cure it.
Maybe people with diabetes are more likely to pray for health.
Add “quackery” to facebook’s resume.
So its OK to talk about this, but tell the truth about homosexuals and transvestites, and youre labeled a hater and a homophobe.
What a crock.
