WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Donald Trump Jr., the eldest son of U.S. President Donald Trump, arrived on Wednesday for a closed-door interview with the Senate Intelligence Committee that was likely to focus on a Moscow Trump Tower project and a meeting with a Russian lawyer who claimed to have information helpful for his father’s 2016 campaign.Asked if he had come to the Senate interview to correct his previous testimony to lawmakers, Trump Jr. told reporters: “Nothing to correct.”
The Senate panel, which is chaired by Republican Senator Richard Burr, is conducting a bipartisan investigation into Russian interference in U.S. politics, specifically the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

There are other GOP Senators on this committee. “Conservative” Tom Cotton in particular has been AWOL on the Mueller Coup and a huge disappointment. Sadly, he’s adapted to the swamp like many other TEA Party candidates.
You can’t blame Cotton. It was a deal that Burr alone made with Warner to end the investigation.
Burr ain’t running for reelection in 2020.
He should go in as a hostile WITNESS and call nadler an unwiped ass. Tear them up and keep asking them questions about hitlary and obamass.

Sen. Burr, chairman, in the spirit of bipartisanship, has given the committee over to Sen. Warner, who is up to his eyeballs in the corruption created by the Kenyan from Indonesia.

I will absolutely blame Tom Cotton. He swore an oath to protect the Constitution. Don Jr. is being abused again and Cotton can’t be bothered to sound the alarm on it.
Mueller and his angry Democrats have violated it numerous times. An old man (Manafort) sits in solitary for the crime of supporting POTUS. Papadopoulos wife lost her baby after an all day interrogation by Mueller’s FBI thugs.
And where has Tom Cotton been on such police state tactics? AWOL.
Burr hates POTUS ever bit as much as Warner. The “bipartisan” issue is just a fig leaf to allow Democrat attacks on POTUS and his supporters.
Burr is chairman and made the deal. Cotton didn’t have a say.
