This seems to me to be (yet another) indictment of prosecutorial services. Time and and again we see people who should spend much longer in jail get off with plea deals that see them spend much shorter times in jail, if at all. Meanwhile, the threat of having a ton of charges thrown at you, while only being able to “afford” the public defender sees many people who are essentially innocent pleading guilty to avoid the possibility of lengthy prison terms. Seems like many prosecutors are happy just to get “wins” (in the forms of convictions) regardless of the degree of guilt or innocence of those charged.
Always with the middle name of, ‘Wayne’ with these guys!
Watch for him to be a mass shooter in the near future.
