I tried to bring up comments on two different browsers but no joy.

Katy is ugly no matter what she does with her hair or clothing, oozing out constantly, gimmick, no real talent, just like 99% of all “entertainers” in last 20-30 years. They get one good song or such and then think they are best thing since sliced bread - full of themselves.
And a conservator is a guardian or a protector who is appointed by a judge to manage the financial affairs and/or daily life of another due to physical or mental limitations, or old age.
Not being much, if at all, a fan of hers I hadn't followed what she has/had done. I don't even know what strange behaviors she exhibited in 2008/2009, but I guess they were strange enough to have someone appointed as her conservator.
