Ohio woman arrested for the 3rd time in six months (who does this to their face and body?)

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ohio (WSVN) — An Ohio woman has been arrested for the third time in just six months.
According to Fox 8, 27-year-old Alyssa Zebrasky was arrested on an out-of-county warrant, Tuesday.
Zebrasky is no stranger to the law. She was arrested in December after she was accused of shoplifting and drug possession.
During that arrest, officers discovered that she had a warrant for failing to appear on a separate charge in another city.

I’m not sure why this is news. There are probably lots of people who are arrested several times in a few months for relatively petty crimes. In Seattle the other day, there was a story about a guy who had been arrested 73 times in recent years. Taking his long rap sheet into consideration, a judge gave him a 4-year sentence for punching someone. Because the man is Hispanic, there was a public outcry, which included the Seattle city prosecutor.
