Is there anything good about ObamaCare at all? Even one tiny little thing?

Well, those lucky few who get their health insurance very cheap or free might consider it good.

Or those fewer that now have insurance that before could not get it because of a pre-existing condition.

But, it is my understanding that it would have been far cheaper to have extended Medicaid to cover them.
