Playwright Lucas Hnath, who also wrote “A Doll’s House, Part 2” — also about a powerful couple — also gets a splashy New Yorker profile in next week’s issue.
John Lithgow plays Him in jogging togs. Tracksuit for Her — Laurie Metcalf. Other characters, in whatever they’re wearing, are Obama and Mark Penn.

I only know Hillary remains today’s most glamorous showbiz fan. She enters a theater, the aisles part.
Last week she caught the Temptations musical. Cheers and selfies before the curtain went up. Afterward impromptu dance moves with the cast backstage.
At “King Lear,” she bowed to Glenda Jackson. At Madison Square Garden, she was in whoever’s dressing room. “To Kill a Mockingbird,” she brought her husband, and the audience went nuts.

The setting is the 2008 New Hampshire primary? The one where she produced fake tears of how personal this is, how much she loves America, etc. and ended up moving the voters so she surprisingly won that primary?
