>>Salt has ALWAYS been part of a healthy diet...EVERYWHERE and at ALL TIMES!

Do you have any idea how little salt you have to eat in order to stay healthy? If you do, then you probably are not part of the problem - if you have no idea, then the article is about you.

There is a big difference between educating people about what is healthy and what is not, and forcing them to eat it.

Information is good. Ignorance is not.

Do you know how little of the problem is caused by diet, as opposed to how much of the problem is caused by insufficient exercise compared to past generations?

If you don't, then not only are you part off the health problem, you are also part of the growth of socialism and the chances are one hundred percent that you would promote communist diatribes written for the purpose of conditioning the public to accept Government mandate controlling what food people are allowed to eat.

You may have "read" my post"; however, your comprehension of what it said, shows an abject lack of any actual skill in understanding it...sadly.

I suggest that you get someone, with much better skills than you have, read and explain it to you.

Yes, I DO know the minimum need daily salt consumption, which most, though not all people need daily, as well as what is now claimed to be "too high". It WILL vary from person to person, including where one lives, the season of the year, and exercise/work one does or doesn't do.

I don't have a "problem" with salt intake.

Nobody/no government entity is "forcing" anyone to over indulge in ingesting salt.
