Your body breaks down all the food into glucose ,the food that keeps you going ,don’t tell anyone it will kill them
Started the Keto diet on Monday. So far so good.
I’m shifting over to keto too. with intermittant fasting.
I feel at my best when I’m hungry.
There is a 4th source of calories besides, carbs, protein and fat - Alcohol.
Beer is a carb, whiskey is not
No point in putting crap fuel in a vehicle if you expect it to perform well and last a long time.
And once the socialists get a permanent hold of your healthcare, they’ll make you eat what they want you to eat, and they’ll make you stop eating what they want you to stop eating.
Excellent advice eyeamok.
You explained it in a way that should save thousands of people hours of research for the small investment of time reading your post.
I find it interesting that there is such confusion about the subject, but then I see ads promoting weight loss products for better health. The ‘you get what you pay for’ rule applies but what you get is not what you expect!

Whole grains are not healthy.
But they keep pushing that because they want to demonize meat.
“...and a lack of whole grains, fruit and nuts and seeds,..”
We aren’t birds for Christ’s sake!
Quite true. I’ve been on a low carb diet (10-20 grams a day) for about a year now and have lost about 45 pounds.
