we still need to see what’s in the Mule’s jurisdiction memo ... and so much more. But the Barr letter sets things up for all kinds of potential scenarios ... nearly all of which range from good to a can of whoop a$$ PAIN being dished out.
Again, remember, yesterday it’s like a big ‘ol celebratory thing with ]SESSIONS[ in town, Barr & RR playing it up.
The thing is ... at this moment ... all of the possible options are pretty much on the table - except the blackest of black for the Mule + RR; if that were the case, then there would be rogue prosecutions ongoing, not ending IMO; TBD! :)
