While subverting/ undermining America and our core values is the major theme of today’s soroznazi- controlled DNC party central machine, they’ve still made a tactical mistake criticizing pdjt for trying to defend our borders. This is the primary responsibility of a president and therefore the area of greatest presidential authority. Not only is the president duty- bound Constitutionslly to defend America as our commander in chief — but congress ( before soroznazi’s big subversion moves, of course) has specifically authorized it ( not that a president even needs any statutory authorization or approvals to defend the country). There’s no perceptible acrnerio whereby the soroznazi- funded- traitors or anyone else could stop a president in this particular arena

I saw an interesting comment somewhere on Friday that I’ve not seen explored further elsewhere but would seem to make sense legally. If/as so then Nancy stepped out of line and this whole thing in sequence + context is amazing.
There are two aspects of an EO - in this case the national emergency. There’s the declaration designating who can + will do what. Then there’s the implementation actually then executed upon such designation. These are two separate events with accompanying distinctions in legal realm.
POTUS issued the declaration but it was NEVER acted upon until Friday afternoon when Barr officially executed the order on Friday 3/15 at 3:24 PM.
The nuance of the National Emergencies Act and whatever legislation has since followed is unknown (to me at least) and even if/as so, it’s going to be up to the SCOTUS to ultimately settle this - as a PROCESS issue.
1. POTUS issues national emergency.
2. House votes to deny.
3. Senate affirms (thanks RINO-12)
4. POTUS vetoes.
5. Barr signs & executes order implementing national emergency.
SHOULDN’T #5 be #2 ???!?!?!?!??!?!
Until #5 happened it would seem any action is moot except to the degrees that a Sense of Congress is issued.
Otherwise it’s another nail in the coffin for Pelosi to fight legally using the weight of the House.

I have a different take on this...
What if the Senate voted for the POTUS and therefore was at odds with the House? The whole issue would still be unresolved and Trump still would not have the funding.
HOWEVER- by voting the way the Republicans did and siding with the House, Trump could now veto the bill...and get his wall...
Back room politics on the part of the Senate Republicans? Could be....I'm just sayin'.....
