As per the celebrity gossip outlet, the debacle took place at an Alabama gas station when authorities received a call that two people were involved in a confrontation. Once police arrived on the scene. they saw enough evidence to arrest Doak for domestic violence/harassment, felony possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Meanwhile, Mama June was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. The nature of the pair's altercation has yet to be revealed.

There are other articles, but none of them specify what substance it was. But generally, a controlled substance would not likely be marijuana.
