I guess bribing college officials, coaches and college entrance exam administrators don’t count, right NBC?

I take this to mean the schools did not profit, and were not even aware this was happening. Coaches pocketed the money?

Of course the schools would say this, or their alumni would go from the best and the brightest to merely the children of rich criminals...

‘Twas ever thus.

During the Teapot Dome trials, one guy was convicted of receiving a bribe that another guy was acquitted of having made.

In the instance at hand, criminalizing efforts to get one’s kid into a good school where Asians and Caucasians are trivially denied entrance is churlish.
